Located above The Hardware Store diagonally opposite our Main Campus, on the corner of John and Hill Streets Leichhardt, our Annex Studios are part of a dynamic creative precinct near Booth Street's cafes, shops, and transportation options. 

A range of spaces are available to suit your creative needs including:

• Flexible spaces from 6m2 within a larger studio space of 90m2
• Private lockable office/studio 15m2
• Whole or part of lockable glass-walled studio 35m2

Restrictions:

• Quiet Workspace: The space is not conducive to art practices that use power or mechanical tools. Please use earpods/headphones when listening to music/podcasts etc.  
• Non-toxic Environment: All materials must be safe, non-toxic and odourless to ensure a comfortable and healthy atmosphere. 
• Floor Coverage (Carpeted): Artists will need to protect the carpet in their studio space

Rates and fees

Spaces start at $150 per week for 6m2 space, through to $500 per week for private lockable space 35m2. (ex GST) + one month bond and $10 per key.
