Kerrie Lester workshops at Art Est. I'm delighted to announce that Kerrie Lester, Archibald Prize finalist 16 times, will be teaching at Art Est. Join Kerrie on Sunday 19 July for a three hour workshop to Discover a New Direction. Your new art direction just might take you to Fiji where Kerrie is also conducting a week-long workshop with Paradise Courses in September. School holiday art workshops | 13-27 July Our Winter school holiday program will be held weekdays 13-27 July,with fun workshops in Cartooning, Screenprinting, Pastels, Painting, Sculpture, Portraiture and so much more. We are introducing some classes just for 4-8 years so your pre-school aged children can attend a workshop with their older siblings. Most workshops are for 5-11 years, with some for older children, and others parents and children can enjoy together. But why should the children have all the fun? These holidays there are also some workshops just for grownups. So at the same time your children are having fun being creative, you can enjoy exploring art in a painting workshop just for adults. Find out more about our Winter holiday program here End of term exhibition | 6-8pm, Tuesday 7 July Join us for our end of term exhibition featuring artworks of Art Est. students, tutors and studio artists. Artworks include Contemporary Acrylics, Watercolour Mixed Media and Collage, Pastels, Printmaking and children's art. Enjoy a champagne and celebrate the art with your family and friends. All welcome. Exhibition then runs through the holidays until 31 July. Term 3 art to warm up your winter days! Explore your creative side this winter and discover different weekend art workshops at Art Est including our popular painting and printmaking classes, and even Cartooning for Blokes!
