Term courses for Kids (aged 5+)

Our courses for kids aged 5 to 12 years are structured for different age groups and stages. Kids learn about artists, art history and art genres while being in a relaxed and nurturing environment. While many of our young students come for fun, some use their Art Est portfolio to enter selective creative high schools.

Enrolments are now open for Term 1 courses, 2024. Running from 1 February – 27 March, there are a range 8-week courses on offer.

Our courses for kids aged 5 to 12 years are structured for different age groups and stages. Kids learn about artists, art history and art genres while being in a relaxed and nurturing environment. While many of our young students come for fun, some use their Art Est portfolio to enter selective creative high schools.

We are currently in Term 4. Late enrolments are welcome, where you can join a class that has already started at a reduced cost (the discount is applied automatically at check out).

Our next Term program is Term 1. Key dates for next term are below:

  • Priority Enrolment: 11 Dec (current students have early access to re-enrol)
  • Early Bird Enrolment: opens 12 Dec (classes are open to everyone)
  • Program dates: 1 Feb – 27 March

Terms

2024 Summer Art School: 3-14 January, weekends 21/22, 27/28 January + 3/4 February
Term 1 2024: 1 February – 27 March
Term 2 2024: 6 May – 1 July (*no classes Kings Birthday holiday Monday 10 June, make up class is Monday 1 July)
Term 3 2024: 29 July – 22 September
Term 4 2024: 21 October – 15 December

Note that we offer a Priority Enrolment Period for current students to reenrol in their term class one week before we open Earlybird Enrolments to new students.

Kings Birthday: Monday 10 June
October Long Weekend: Monday 7 October
