Easter School Holidays | Weekdays 15-26 April 2024 | Now Enrolling
Our regular School Holiday programs are always very popular, offering over 60 workshops for kids (aged 5+) and teens. Our program includes half-day, full-day and two-day workshops. It changes each school holiday period so there will always be a new workshop, new theme, new art form or technique to try.

Our school holiday art programs:
- include a wide range of art forms including painting, drawing, ceramics, printmaking, and more!
- include all art materials and tuition in the workshop fee
- offer 3-hour workshops with morning or afternoon slots for kids aged 5 and over (9.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm)
- offer one and two-day master classes for teens to develop skills and explore new mediums or techniques (10am-4pm)
- include lunchtime supervision for kids staying the whole day at no extra charge
Note: Our goal is to run all the advertised workshops. However, we sometimes need change a workshop theme, age range or tutor due to insufficient enrolments or other circumstances, and occasionally cancel a workshop altogether. In such circumstances, any student enrolled in a cancelled class will be transferred to another suitable class in the same time and parents will be notified. If no alternative class is available at the same time, a credit or refund will be arranged.
Bookings with your NSW Active and Creative Kids Voucher
Art Est continues to be a registered Provider for the NSW Government Active and Creative Kids Progam. You can use your $50 Voucher with us for any holiday workshop. Venues
All of our school holiday workshops are now held in just one venue at our main campus studios at 10 Hill Street. This is where we have three painting and drawing studios, and the ceramics studio.Click here for map and directions.

Students will be led step by step to paint their own version of Henri-Edmond Cross's famous painting, The Pink Cloud. Learn how to mix <p>Make your own puffer fish sculpture in this fun ceramics workshop. Learn pinch pot techniques to make your fish body, add fins and a tail, fish lips and eyes. Paint with underglaze in realistic <p>This class is inspired by the work of Australian artist <a href="https://nga.gov.au/exhibitions/cressida-campbell/">Cressida Campbell</a> who's painting has a vista looking 'Through the Windscreen' <p>Using coloured pencils and soft pastels, then acrylic paint, students will make a drawing study, then an acrylic painting of interesting still life objects.
