This is a workshop for young artists to learn techniques and skills to draw their own super cute cartoon animals. The class will focus on how to draw those puppy dog eyes, the happy duck smile, the jolly cow, the cutest of kittens and much more. The aim of this lesson is to free the student imagination and give them the skills they need to make art they can be proud of.
What will students take home?
A completed artwork on high quality paper to take home and proudly show off.
School Holiday Information
To ensure our students have a great time with us over the school holidays, we ask parents and guardians to please take note of the following:
- Students should bring a drink and a healthy nut-free morning or afternoon tea snack and their waterbottle.
- Please sign your child in and out 10 minutes before/after their session.
- Ensure your child is wearing appropriate clothing for a potentially messy art class.
- If your child has any allergies, medical issues or special needs, please make it known to us at the time of booking. Any medications must be clearly marked with your child’s name, photo ID and action plan.
- If your child is staying for two sessions (morning and afternoon), Art Est provides a supervised lunchtime break and will ensure children are safely escorted between buildings where necessary. Please ensure your child has a packed lunch and a hat and sunscreen. If weather permits, they may be taken to a nearby park during the lunchtime break.

About our studio classes
Our class sizes are small, ensuring all students receive the individual tuition they need. We have a maximum of 12 students per class. For kids and teen classes, art materials are included in the fee. To learn about our studios, kitchen facilities and how to get there, click here.
