Drawing, Painting, Cartooning and Collage with Serena Geddes | 10+
Do you love all kinds of drawing, painting, cartooning and collage? This is a fun new course with Serena Geddes where each week is a different mix and match of subject, style and media. Try everything from Disney cartooning sketches to collage portraits like Picasso. Explore colour using a range mediums such as pencil, watercolour, gouache and ink. This is a fun and interactive course where you will develop your creative drawing and painting skills. You’ll also keep a Visual Journey where you can add your notes, sketches and ideas and keep your imagination and creativity flowing.
What to expect
Over the term students will:
Learn different ways to draw and paint pictures
Experiment with a range of drawing and painting media
Build skills in drawing and illustration
Learn about famous artists and genres
Class activities are structured to stimulate student’s imagination and build creative drawing and painting skills

The class is best suited at students who love to draw and paint and want to learn different approaches in a fun and dynamic class.
This course will run online
Due to Sydney’s COVID-19 restrictions, our Term courses have been designed to run online via ZOOM. We hope to return to face-to-face studio classes soon, when it is safe to do so. Art Est will inform students once this is possible.
