A class for children in Years 4-6 at Primary School (aged 9-12 years) who would like to explore a range of art-making techniques including drawing, painting, collage, printmaking or sculpture. Through age-appropriate, structured activities and projects children will get hands-on practice, learn foundation art skills, learn a bit of art theory, explore a variety of art-making mediums all while developing confidence, imagination and creative thinking. Students will take home several art projects completed throughout the term.
Is this class right for my child?
This class is aimed at children in Years 4-6 at Primary School (aged 9-12 years). There is no assumed knowledge. Suitable for new and continuing students.
