Introduction to Block Printmaking | Julia Flanagan

Learn relief printmaking techniques to produce limited edition works on paper. Lino cut is a simple process which gets great results and is easy to continue at home. Over this weekend you will learn how to effectively use lino plates for relief printmaking and experiment with imagery, printing and colour. Students should bring along any ideas, in the form of drawings, their own photographs (or similar) to create imagery. No experience needed, just your imagination and desire to try something new.
