Term 1 Art for Young Artists
Let your kids discover art while having fun! Children learn about famous artists, are introduced to art history and art genres and enjoy exploring their creativity in our Art Est. term classes.
Our kids art classes are suitable for new and continuing students, as they enjoy new art projects and themes each term that teach new skills and expand their creativity in new directions.
Students in Years 10-12 can also extend their senior school and HSC art practise by joining any of our adult classes and receive 10% off adult course fees.
If you enrol two or more children from the same family in any term art classes, you will also receive a 10% discount on fees for the second child.

This class is great for young artists who are keen to expand their knowledge of different mediums and techniques through an exploration of painting, drawing, sculpture and printmaking. Students work with a variety of art materials creating aesthetic art works from a vast array of subjects. Creativity and imagination are considered and encouraged in a constructive atmosphere. Through discussion of a new artist each class, students will build their skills and confidence in a range of art styles in a fun learning environment.

A new course at Art Est. that supports students doing HSC Visual Artworks in a variety of mediums or those students who seek to develop a portfolio of work for their application into tertiary art studies.
This course will explore a variety of mediums and art forms, beginning with essential skills in drawing and colour, form, tone and composition. Students will learn the fundamental principles of art and create a portfolio of work.
Your tutor will advise you with technical and practical issues regarding your individual artworks and presentation of your portfolio as required.
